We offer a variety of services for your next pageant-related event. From Fashion Photoshoots to Headshots, or Crown Worthy Styles. You can rest assured, that when you're being styled by the The Art Of Beauty, you're being styled by the best.

Special Events include Fashion Shows | Runway, Prom | Galas, Girls Night Out, Parades, and any other special occasion you may want to look your best.

Below you will find our links to secure your spot for hair and make-up services. Payments for pageants must be made 1 week before the competition. Hair and Makeup Payments are non-refundable. In the event you are not participating in whichever pageant you have made payment for, your money may be transferred to another pageant or service of your choice.

 

*If a pageant gets rescheduled or canceled due to the Covid-19,

any money received will be used as credit for future services.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

​Prepped Hair:

We do not offer blow-out services for pageants. In the event you or your child shows up with wet hair you/they will be asked to dry their own hair and then return when it is ready to be styled. Your styling time will ultimately be cut short because we can not shorten anyone else's time to accommodate your situation. Please plan accordingly, come with your hair prepped for the style you are wanting. If you know you want to wear your hair with natural curls do not arrive with them blown out or straightened. If you would like to wear your hair straight, do not arrive with it full of product and with natural curls. Your hair will be styled in the way your hair was prepped for upon arrival.

PAGEANTS

Hair Extensions:

Hair must be provided by the client, pre-cut, and colored if necessary. Hair must be removed from any packaging and ready to use. 100% HUMAN HAIR EXTENSIONS ONLY. Hair must be free of any product (washed, conditioned, and dried) before appointment or booked as an add-on service. The Art Of Beauty is not responsible for the damage of any extensions provided by the client.

Styling Full Day vs.1 Look Only:

We know not all pageants are the same. Many pageants have different events on different days, some days are packed with events and others are lighter days. To make this easier on our clients we have separated the two packages. For example, if you know in advance you have a Personal Interview in the morning and a free afternoon or no other events you would like styling for there is no need to pay for a Full Day of styling. Simply opt for the 1 Look Only package. If you would like styling all day long and style changes then select the Full Day option.

Pricing:

Pricing may vary by event, location, or whether we are sponsoring a discount for the particular pageant, in which case we may offer a discount code to include in checkout.  Our Travel Fee may vary depending on mileage, flight scheduling, hotel costs, and holidays.

BOOKING INFORMATION
For Pageant Weekends: We take a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. The rest of the amount will be due 3 weeks before the event. You must fill out an inquiry form to book.
For Photoshoot Hair & Makeup: We take full payment at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION POLICY
- Rescheduling has no fee and is dependent on availability. If there is not a date or time that will work between all parties, you do not get a refund of your original booking cost.
- There is a complimentary of two reschedules. If a third reschedule must occur, a new booking is required.
- Any reschedule or cancellation of a service is requested to be done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance, no later than 9AM on the day of the appointment. If the reschedule or cancellation request is received after 9AM on the day of the appointment a fee will incur.
